Committees:
Emergency Plan Committee and Health & Safety Committee (combined to replace 2 separate committees)
The Emergency Plan Committee and Health and Safety Committee, have been combined together (Minute Ref: 26/05/060), and meet Annually, Full Council are Committee Members, therefore no separate Terms of Reference are required as Standing Orders will be applied to the Committee Meetings, which are to be held annually.
Facilities Management Committee
This committee oversees the assets of the Parish Council - Open Spaces including the Cemetery and Churchyard, Seating, Defibrillators etc. to ensure they are kept in a good condition, councillors undertake visual inspections and report back to the Full Council if repair/replacement is required.

Parish Plan Committee (disbanded)
The Parish Plan was reviewed and finalised in 2024, questionnaires sent out to households in the parish and the responses collated to form a cohesive Parish Plan which the Parish Council can refer to when planning future projects, and or liaising with external bodies on behalf of the Parish. The final document is available under the Parish Plans section of this website, hard copies can be obtained by contacting the Clerk - clerk@easington-pc.gov.uk.
